Watch Alan, the wood turner, making one of our Salt & Pepper Shakers from fully recycled native New Zealand Rimu timber.

Alan makes wood turning look really easy.

But that's probably only, because he has decades of experience under his belt. More importantly, he is very passionate about his craft, in particular giving  Rimu timber a new lease of life.

That passion shows in the quality and precision of his work. In the end, the Aluminium caps will need to fit nicely to continue the gentle curves of each shaker ...
